2x + 3y = 13
2(2) + 3y = 13
4 + 3y = 13
- 4 - 4
3y = 9
3 3
y = 3

\bf2x+3y=13

Plug in x = 2:

\bf2(2)+3y=13

Multiply:

\bf4+3y=13

Subtract 4 to both sides:

\bf3y=9

Divide 3 to both sides:

\bf~y=3

So our solution is
\boxed{\bf(2,3)}
