At what speed do electromagnetic waves travel?

The speed of light in the vacuum has an exact value of 299 792 458 -meters per second given by the federal bureau of units so before deleting answers mods, go check what people say! It has been set to a whole number because the meter had been defined to be the distance travelled by light in 1/299792458 seconds
