n= number decrease means to subtract 2/3 n-4< 6

x-4<6
To get of a number you have to multiply the number by , which gives you x then you subtract that by 4. The inquality faces the 6 because it is greater than x-4 based on the statement above. The inquality always faces the greatest number.
