Do all human cells divide at the same rate throughout life?

no they do not. different cells divide at different rates

No, as you get older the rate at which your cells divide, slows down. Like when your little your cells are dividing at a fast to help your body grow, however, when you are an adult your cells do not need to do this anymore and only divide to replace damaged cells or cells that have died.
