Use ratio and proportion 20/16= x/100 cross multiply 16x= 2000 x= 125 % therefore an increase of 25%

lets 16 games are 100% - in last year
so 20 games are x%

make proportion and find x=20*100/16=125% - in this year
125-100%=25%
Answer: the percent increase is 25%
