The percent increase is 200%. If 60 is 100%, doubled is 120 so 200%

First, subtract the numbers:
120 - 60 = 60
Divide this to the original:
60 / 60 = 1
Multiply by 100:
1 * 100 = 100%
So the percent increase is 100%.
