35 is the number of games he pitched, you need to find 80% of 35, to do so just change 80% into a decimal and multiply it to 35.
0.80 x 35 = 28
So he won 28 of his games.

Find 80% of 35.
0.80 * 35 = 28
So he won 28 games.
