x^2 + 2x - 2 = 0 \\ \\ a=1 , \ b=2 , \ c= -2\\ \\ \Delta = b^(2)-4ac = 2^(2)-4*1* (-2)= 4+8=12 \\ \\√(\Delta )=\1{12}= √(4*3)=2√(3)\\ \\x_(1)=(-b-√(\Delta ))/(2a) =(-2-2√(3))/(2)=(2(-1-√(3)))/(2) =-1-√(3) \\ \\x_(2)=(-b+√(\Delta ))/(2a) =(-2+2√(3))/(2)=(2(-1+√(3)))/(2) =-1+√(3)
