I will revise this for 48, not 4, and h will be in inches.
6/7h=48
1/7h=8
1/1h=56
h=56 inches h= 4'8"

6/7h = 4
Solve the equation.
Divide 6/7 to both sides or multiply by its reciprocal, 7/6.
h = 4 * 7/6
h = 28/6
Convert to mixed number:
h = 4 2/3
