Find the slope of the line that contains (1,6) and (10, -9).

So,

To find the slope, simply subtract the given solutions and put them in the proper form.

10 - 1 = 9
-9 - 6 = -15


Slope = (-15)/(9) \ or\ (-5)/(3) \ or\ -(5)/(3)
