pemdas
parenthases (none)
exponents
multiplication so

exponents
c^0.5
so 0.5=1/2 and if you have
x^(z/t)=
\sqrt[t]{x^z} so

c^1/2=
\sqrt[2]{c^1} or √(c) so

multiplication
-9 times √c is the answer or more commonly written as
-9√c
