What is the approximate volume of a cylinder with a radius of 3 ft and a height of 4 ft?

The volume of a cylinder is the area of the base (π r^2) times the height (h). So it's V = π r^2 h. HOPE I HELPED

find the circumference of the base face:

(3*2) \pi
that is 18.84
then you multiply that by 4
which is 75.36
the answer is 75.36 ft^3
