1x + 1y = 3 ⇒ 2x + 2y = 6
2x + 1y = 5 ⇒ 2x + 1y = 5
y = 1
2x + 1 = 5
- 1 - 1
2x = 4
2 2
x = 2
(x, y) = (2, 1)
