1 pound is equal to 16 ounces.
7 * 16 = 112
So 7 pounds is equal to 112 ounces.
Therefore 120 ounces is greater than 7 pounds.

16 ounces in a pound.
120/16 = 60/8 = 30/4 = 15/2 = 7.5
7.5 lbs = 120 oz
7.5 lbs > 7 lbs
