$(x\cdot 2+6)/4=11\\ 2x+6=44\\ 2x=38\\ x=19$

(x × 2) + 6 = 11

1. 11 times 4 equals 44
2. 44 - 6 equals 38
3. 38 divided by 2 equals 19

Answer: x = 19
