3m - 9 = 3m + 9
The two sides of the equal sign are not equal, therefore it has no solutions.

The answer is
B
.
3m - 9 = 9 + 3m,
Add the 9s,
3m = 18 + 3m,
subtract the 3m's,
0 = 18, 0 does
not
equal 18, so there are no solutions.
