therefore

a reciprocal of

the first one is c because if you put it at negative 1/8 then it is 0-1/8 or 1/8 away from zero

second one is
the reciprocal is the number that when multiiplied by the number you are trying to find the reciprocal of, you get +1 so the number you have is 2/7 so
2/7 times x=+1
multiply both sdies by 7/2 to clear fraction
x=+7/2
the reciprocal is +7/2 or +3 and 1/2 which is D
