If there is 16 questions total, and you only get 3 wrong, 16 - 3 = 13. So the score would be 13/16

the score would be 81. 25%
because you divide 100 by 16 and get 6.25
then you multiply 6.25 by 3 and you get 18.75
finally you subtract 18.75 from 100 and you get 81.25
