Answer is 12. Why? Well, here is why:

4:3 First, to get 8:6, you multiply 4:3 by 2. Now. The hard part. 12:9 is skipped, which makes it tricky. You must do 16:? instead. You must multiply the 4:3 by 4 because if you divide 16 and 4, You will get 4. Multiply the 4 by 3. You get 12. Answer: 12.
