Multiply all of them by 2.
24 small cakes / 12 small cakes = 2
180 * 2 = 360 margarine
180 * 2 = 360 sugar
200 * 2 = 400 plain flour
2 * 1 = 1 teaspoon baking powder
2 * 2 = 4 eggs
