-c+d=-(-14.9)+(-2.6)=14.9-2.6=
12.3

the answer is B.
CUZ -14.9+-2.6
you must have gotten a cuz u did not do the first step which was:since there is a negative sign already in 14.9 place it turns positive cuz if the signs r the same it is positive ok
