To find the mean for a set of numbers you add all of the numbers to get a total.
10.7+10.8+4.5+11.2= 37.2
37.2 is the total of all the numbers
You have 4 numbers that you added together
take your total which is 37.2 and divide it by 4
37.2÷4= 9.3
Your answer would be 9.3

1) add all the numbers together.
10.7 + 10 + 8 + 4.5112 = 26.0112
2) divide the result by how many numbers you have.
26.0112÷4 = 6.5028
Answer = 6.5028
