I will simply round up to 460.

8 oz. = 1 c.
2 c. = 1 pt.
16 oz. = 1 pt.

(460)/(16) --> (2*2*5*23)/(2*2*2*2) -->

$(5*23)/(2*2) \ or\ (115)/(4)\ or\ 28 (3)/(4) \ or\ 28.75\ pt.$
