The answer is not possible because a trapezoid is a quadrilateral with excatly 1 pair of parallel sides

a trapezoid has 2 parelell sides and 2 sides not peralell
if you have 3 right angles, then the 4th angle must be a right angle making it a rectangle or a suare
so he cannot because all sides would be parellel
