First artist: (shane)

3 part blue

2 part yellow

Total of 5 part

2 are yellow from 5 parts

That is

2/5 = 0.4 * 100 = 40%

Second artist: (nora)

5 part blue

3 part yellow

Total 8 part

3 are yellow from 8 parts

That is

3/8 = 0.375 * 100 = 37.5%

So,

Shane's mixture will be more yellowish
