An enumerated power is a power of Congress that is written in the Constitution.
The enumerated powers are powers given to the Congress, and they are listed in Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution.
Some of the powers that Congress shall have are:
- Regulate trade with other countries and among the states
- Conduct all foreign affairs
- Coin and print money
- Declare war
- Raise and support armies
