The point-slope form of a line is given by

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

where m is the slope and

\begin{gathered} (x_1,y_1)=(7,1) \\ (x_2,y_2)=(0,2) \end{gathered}

are the given points.

The slope can be founded by

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(2-1)/(0-7)=-(1)/(7)

By using the first point as the primary one, the answer is:

y-1_{}=-(1)/(7)(x-7_{})
