Juanita has 24 pencils and puts them in boxes for the next 8 weeks of school. How many is in each box? Each box has 3 because 8, 16, 24.

she must take her 24 pencils and divide them into 8 boxes she knows that there must be an even number so she chooses to put 3 in each box.
