There are 8 fluid ounces in one cup.
Therefore, we divide the number of fluid ounces by 8 to find the number of 1-cup candle molds Vicki can fill.
144 ÷ 8 = 18
144 fluid ounces is 18 cups, which means Vicki can fill 18 of the 1-cup candle molds.

1 cup = 8 oz
Hence with 144 oz she can fill 144/8=
18 cups
