use the Pythagorean Theorem (which is only true for right triangles)
a^2 + b^2 = c^2

where
a = 25
b = 312
and c = 313

25^2 + 312^2 = 313^2
625 + 973244 = 97969
97969 = 97969
this is a true statement

therefore your ramp Is indeed a Right Triangle
