9(2-4i)-6(x+yi)=14-3i\\ 18-36i-6x-6yi=14-3i\\ -6x-6yi=-4+33i\\ -6x=-4 \wedge -6y=33\\ x=(4)/(6) \wedge y=-(33)/(6)\\ x=(2)/(3) \wedge y=-(11)/(2)\\\\ \boxed{x+yi=(2)/(3)-(11)/(2)i}
