Line 1

m=(7-6)/(-2-0)=-(1)/(2)

Line 2

m=(0-(-3))/(3-0)=(3)/(3)=1

Both lines have different slopes which means they're certainly not parallel and therefore they have one intersection point. So there is one solution.
