1/3(9x-6)=2x+3
fist distirbute
a(b+c)=ab+ac
1/3(9x-6)=3x-2
3x-2=2x+3
subtract 2x from both sdies
x-2=3
add 2 to both sdies
x=5

1/3(9x - 6) = 2x + 3

Distribute 1/3 into the parenthesis:

3x - 2 = 2x + 3

Subtract 2x to both sides:

x - 2 = 3

Add 2 to both sides:

x = 5
