Use the Foil Method:
First: t x t =t^2
Outsides: t x 8 = 8t
Insides: -1 x t = - t
Lasts: 8 x -1 = -8
so you'll have t^2 + 8t - t - 8, simplify it more: t^2 + 7t - 8, A.
