P = (1 - 8/9) * 100 % = 1/9 * 100 % = 100/9 % = 11 1/9 % = 11.11... %

need to have same denominator to subtract
1=9/9
9/9-8/9=1/9
as a decimal 1/9= .11111
as a % multiply by 100=11.11%
