first convert 1.3 kg into g which will give you 1300 g
now subtract that to 700 g
1300g - 700g = 600 g more

1.3 kg = 1,300 grams
1300 - 700 = 600 grams
So 1.3kg is 600 grams heavier than 700 grams.
