How did the Monroe Doctrine reinforce President Washington's ideas about foreign policy?

the monroe doctrine is a document (1843) with 3 points, that was formed to state, that any (1) European powers were NOT allowed to come to north and south Americas for colonization, (2) European Countries should not interfere with the new, independent Spanish American countries [since Spain has formed independent countires] and (3) the US should not INTEREFERE with european Colonies that were already established in America. while Washington's foreign policy was to not mix with European powers or it will be the destruction of America.
