y= (3)/(4)x-1\\\\y=0\ \ \to\ \ (3)/(4)x-1=0\ \ | \ add\ 1\ to\ both\ sides\\\\ \frac{3} {4}x=1\ \ | \ multiply\ both\ sides\ by\ (4)/(3) \\\\x= (4)/(3)\\( (4)/(3),0)\\\\ x=0\ \ \to\ \ y= (3)/(4)*0-1=-1\\(0,-1)

y = 3/4x - 1
to find points, plug in a value for x and solve for the y.

i'm going to start with x =4, and solve for a y

y = 3/4(4) -1
y = 3 - 1
y = 2

The point is (4,2)

Find two other values by choosing two other x values and then you can graph the line

Hope this helps!
