All i did was see what number is after the decimal point, which is 8, and changed the number 8, in front of the decimal, into a nine because the number after the decimal point is higher than 5 (also if it is five, but in this case it is not). If the number after the decimal point is less than 5 (or not five), the numbers before the decimal point stays the same. Therefore, it would be 38. (3800) Since the number after the decimal point is bigger than five, your answer is 39.
