'Alexander the Great planned a universal empire dominated by Greek culture, not Greek army. Alexander knew that while his military might would only last until the next defeat, a people assimilated to Greek culture could endure for decades, even centuries. This may sound implausible yet his plan and frame of mind were inherently evil. If the Greeks brought much evil, their culture was then very evil, a very ungodly culture.'
Yeshua the Hebrew Messiah or Jesus the Christian Christ?

His motto was basically to enforce Hellenism but otherwise the paragraph above is very more precise. HOPE THIS HELPED!!! XD
