B (3,1), \ \ \ C (-4,-13) \\ \\ First \ find \ the \ slope \ of \ the \ line \ thru \ the \ points \: \\ \\ m= (y_(2)-y_(1))/(x_(2)-x_(1) ) \\ \\m=( -13-1)/(-4-3) = (-14)/(-7)=2 \\ \\ Use \ point \ form \ of \ a \ line\ with \ one \ point: \\ \\ y-y_(1) =m(x-x _(1))\\\\ y-1 =2(x-3)\\\\y =2 x-6 +1\\\\y =2 x-5
