x - 1/5 = 4x + 2/35
-x -x
-1/5 = 3x + 2/35
-2/35 -2/35
-2/5 = 3x

-1/15 = x

$x- (1)/(5)= 4x+(2)/(35) \\\\x-4x = (2)/(35)+ (1)/(5)\\\\-3x = (2)/(35)+ (7)/(35)\\\\-3x = (9)/(35)\ \ /*(-(1)/(3))\\\\x=-(3)/(35)$
