A=Adult,
C=Child

Garcia:2A+3C=44.5

Smith:3A+6C=78

A= (44.5-3C)/(2)

3( (44.5-3C)/(2))+6c=78

66.75-4.5c+6c=78

1.5C=11.5

C=7.66

2A+3(7.66)=44.5

2A=21.52

A=10.76

Children's ticket = $7.66
Adult's ticket = $10.76

Sorry it's not as clear as it could be, kinda in a rush
