4/3x+4 2/3
make 4 2/3 an improper fraction
4 2/3=12/3+2/3=14/3
4/3x+14/3
you can factor out a 2/3 out of each part since
4/3=2/1 times 2/3
and
14/3=7/1 times 2/3
since distributive property=a(b+c)=ab+ac

so 2/3(2x+7) D is the answer
