Simplify:
15 (5x+9)+16

15 (5x+9) = 75x+135:
75x+135+16


75x+(135+16) = 75x + 151
Answer = 75x + 151

so first distibute using distributive porperty

distributive property=
a(b+c)=ab+ac

so 15(9+5x)=135+75x

135+75x+16
group like terms
75x+151

the answer is the second option
