A) sun. Because if the moon effects it so does the sun. the wind doesnt matter. nor does rain. and defintly not the coriollis effect.

the correct answer is the sun, because as the sun and moon are not aligned the earth gravitational forces cancel each other out. And the tides are not as dramatically high and low. These are called NEAPtides
