Be cause the ratio circumference:diameter is the same for every circle, is the ratio circumference:radius the same for every circle?

Ratio of
[ circumference / diameter ] =
ratio of
[ circumference / (2 x radius) ] =
(1/2) ratio of
[ circumference / diameter ] .
