\frac { 1 }{ 3 } \left( x+\frac { 2 }{ 3 } \right) =\frac { 1 }{ 6 } \left( x-4 \right)

\\ \\ 6\cdot \frac { 1 }{ 3 } \left( x+\frac { 2 }{ 3 } \right) =6\cdot \frac { 1 }{ 6 } \left( x-4 \right)

\\ \\ 2\left( x+\frac { 2 }{ 3 } \right) =x-4\\ \\ 2x+\frac { 4 }{ 3 } =x-4\\ \\ 2x-x=-4-\frac { 4 }{ 3 }

\\ \\ x=-\frac { 12 }{ 3 } -\frac { 4 }{ 3 } \\ \\ x=-\frac { 16 }{ 3 }

(1)/(3)(x+(2)/(3))=(1)/(6)(x-4)\ \ \ \ | multiply\ by\ 6\\\\ 2(x+(2)/(3))=x-4\\\\ 2x+(4)/(3)=x-4\ \ \ | multiply\ by\ 3\\\\ 6x+4=3x-12\ \ \ \ | subtract\ 3x\\\\ 3x+4=-12\ \ \ | subtract\ 4\\\\ 3x=-16 \ \ \ | divide\ by\ 3\\\\ x=-(16)/(3)
