The formula for this equation is V=Bh or V=TTr^2h were B is base area and h is height. The equation already so graciously gives you the base area so all you have to do is plug 'n' chug. So your equation will look like
V= 44.6 X 24
=1070.4 mm^3

Volume of cylinder = base area x height
= 44.6 x 24
= 1070.4 mm³
