45 miles = 60 minutes
1 mile = 60/45 = 4/3 = 1.33 minutes

1 hour = 60 minutes
(1 hour) / (45miles) =
(60 minutes) / (45miles) =
(1 and 1/3 minutes) / mile =
(1 minute 20 seconds) / mile
